Shipping policy

Delivery

Goods that are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item runs out of stock or need to be customized, the delivery time may be longer. If that is the case, we will notice you by e-mail. 

Order confirmation 

When we receive an order, we will send a confirmation by e-mail with information about the order. The order confirmation is good to save and have on hand incase of any questions. 

Shipping

Sweden

Free shipping and returns within Sweden for purchases over SEK 499.
For purchases under SEK 500, a shipping fee of SEK 49 per order is added.

Your order is sent with PostNord's Nordic Ecolabel e-commerce transport. Svanen is the official eco-label of the Nordic region, which makes it easy to choose a more sustainable delivery of goods bought online. Svanen Ecolabel delivery meets strict requirements for climate performance and high energy efficiency, and that employment conditions are in accordance with collective agreements or the equivalent.

Norway 

A cost for shipping is currently added at SEK 99 per order.

CTH Ericson is registered in the Norwegian Tax Agency's VOEC register. This means that customers from Norway pay Norwegian VAT (MVA) directly when purchasing from CTH Ericson. This means that no VAT needs to be paid when the goods are brought into Norway. No duty is added to these goods either.

The above applies as long as the product's value is under NOK 3000 excluding VAT. It is ok to buy several items in the same order as long as each item has a value under NOK 3000 excluding VAT.

Europe, within EU 

The shipping cost is SEK 99 per order. 

 Europe, outside EU (not Norway)

The shipping cost is SEK 156 per order. Any customs charges, etc. should be paid by the customer itself. 

VAT on the goods is not paid for orders where delivery takes place to a country that is not a member state of the EU. Customs costs may be added depending on the legislation of the country to which the order is delivered. Any charges for VAT and customs duties are paid by the customer. CTH Ericson has no way of informing the customer about these fees and the customer is responsible for the administration of the importation of the goods and the payment of VAT and customs duties.

Rest of world 

The shipping cost is SEK 156 per order. Any customs charges, etc. should be paid by the customer itself.

VAT on the goods is not paid for orders where delivery takes place to a country that is not a member state of the EU. Customs costs may be added depending on the legislation of the country to which the order is delivered. Any charges for VAT and customs duties are paid by the customer. CTH Ericson has no way of informing the customer about these fees and the customer is responsible for the administration of the importation of the goods and the payment of VAT and customs duties.
