Cork Inlays
Hats and caps that are too large can usually be
adjusted with a cork inlays. The inlays are placed by lifting the sweatband lightly
and laying the strip so that it is wedged between the sweatband and the crown
of the hat.
The inserts are delivered as a 4-pack, which is enough
to adjust the size approx. one size.

If your hat is too small, we recommend using our Hat
stretcher.
To measure your hat size, wrap a tape measure around your head just above your ears. The tape should fit comfortably – not too tight. Round up to the nearest size.
If you have no tape measure, you can measure with a string, which you then measure with a ruler.
