The hat is named after Otto Nordenskjöld (1869-1928) who was a Swedish geologist, geographer and explorer. He is best known for leading the Swedish Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904, one of the earliest scientific expeditions to Antarctica. The hat Otto is inspired by his expedition to Peru in 1920.
To measure your hat size, wrap a tape measure around your head just above your ears. The tape should fit comfortably – not too tight. Round up to the nearest size.
If you have no tape measure, you can measure with a string, which you then measure with a ruler.
