The hat is named after Otto Nordenskjöld (1869-1928) who was a Swedish geologist, geographer and explorer. He is best known for leading the Swedish Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904, one of the earliest scientific expeditions to Antarctica. The Otto hat is inspired by his expedition to Peru in 1920.
To measure your hat size, wrap a tape measure around your head just above your ears. The tape should fit comfortably – not too tight. Round up to the nearest size.
If you have no tape measure, you can measure with a string, which you then measure with a ruler.

This product is made of EverWax™ Olive from Halley Stevensons. The EverWax is made of organic cotton and 100% plant based wax that offers good overall weather performance, similar to traditional paraffin waxes, however uses all-natural plant-based waxes and oils consisting of a blend of olive oil and rapeseed.
All components are biodegradable and considered vegan friendly. Additionally, the fabric can be re-proofed, extending the lifespan of the hat.
