The classic Uppsala-style student cap has a black stripe, a white peak in the finest velvet, a genuine leather hatband and a blue-yellow lining. The cockade on the front of the cap is classic yellow with a blue center.

The production hasn't changed much since the start in 1885 and every step is still done by hand by our seamstresses, making each student cap unique. All to maintain the high quality and comfortable fit.

To ensure you order the right size of your student cap, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your head with a cloth measuring tape.
Here's how to do it:
- Place the tape measure horizontally around your head from the center of your forehead, where your head is widest. Do not overtighten the tape measure.
- It can be a bit difficult to measure yourself, so ask someone to help you take your head measurement.
- If you get a measurement between two whole centimeters, round up to the higher measurement, so if the tape measure shows 57 cm, then the size is 57, if the tape measure shows 57.5 cm, you can choose size 58.
- Feel free to take several measurements to make sure you get the right size.
If you don't have a cloth measuring tape at home, you can measure with a string, which you then measure with a ruler.
